• Parents/carers are responsible for their children when they are not in the water with the teacher.
• Parents should inform the teacher of any health issues that may be relevant 
• Refunds for missing lessons including sickness are not available. In the event of the pool being unable to open for lessons, your child’s lesson will be refunded.
• Lessons are taught in blocks of 10 (10 weeks). Payment will be required in full to secure the child’s place. Payments can be made through our parent HUB 
• Children aged 8+must use the changing room of their own gender or ask a member of staff about the family changing room in the reception area.
• Lesson times may change slightly after each block of 10 lessons. This is to ensure that they are always in the most appropriate group for their swimming ability.

Payment
‍Payment is required to secure your child’s space in the lessons. Unfortunately, if payment is not received, we cannot secure the space and other customers will be offered the place. At the end of week 9 (lessons are taught in blocks of 10), customers will receive an email to secure a space in the next block. Payment is required before the 1st lesson of the next block.

Refunds
In the event of a child being unable to attend their lesson due to sickness or holiday, Cygnet Swimming Lessons will not be able to offer credit or refunds.

In the event of a child becoming seriously ill or having a serious injury resulting in not being able to attend lessons for more than 6 weeks, the remaining lessons will be credited and space kept open until the child can return.

In the event of Cygnet Swimming Lessons cancelling lessons (due to teacher illness or swimming pool faults), you will be credited/refunded for the missed lessons.
